Nominate a CEO

A Formal Step Toward CEO Readiness

Nominating a CEO or CEO successor for CEO Academy is a deliberate governance decision.
This process allows
boards, promoters, and CHROs to explore a structured, confidential CEO development journey
— without obligation.
